Linguine with shellfish
Recipe ingredients quantity Linguine with shellfish per 4 persons.
- 400g linguine
- 300 g of fresh cherry tomatoes
- 300 g prawns
- 200 g of shrimp
- 250 g mazzancolle
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small glass of white wine
- garlic
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions for preparation of the recipe: Linguine with shellfish
- Crush the tomatoes with your fingers, removing some of the seeds

Wash the prawns, the mezzancolle and shrimp
- Pour 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and shellfish blast for 4 or 5 minutes

Add a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with the wine

Let the wine evaporate and add the tomatoes
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes

Boil the pasta and drain, pour into the pan shellfish tossing the dough for a few seconds, then arrange on plates and sprinkle the chopped parsley
