Linguine with shellfish

Recipe ingredients quantity Linguine with shellfish per 4 persons.

  • 400g linguine
  • 300 g of fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g prawns
  • 200 g of shrimp
  • 250 g mazzancolle
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 small glass of white wine
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions for preparation of the recipe: Linguine with shellfish

  1. Crush the tomatoes with your fingers, removing some of the seeds
  2. Wash the prawns, the mezzancolle and shrimp
  3. Pour 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and shellfish blast for 4 or 5 minutes
  4. Add a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with the wine
  5. Let the wine evaporate and add the tomatoes
  6. Cook 4 to 5 minutes
  7. Boil the pasta and drain, pour into the pan shellfish tossing the dough for a few seconds, then arrange on plates and sprinkle the chopped parsley
