Spaghetti and broccoli
Recipe ingredients quantity Spaghetti and broccoli per 4 persons.
- 350 g spaghetti
- 600 g broccoli clean
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 knob of butter
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
- salt
- hot pepper
Instructions for preparation of the recipe: Spaghetti and broccoli
- Blanch the broccoli in salted water

In a pan heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil with the butter, saute the garlic then pour the broccoli cooked and drained

Add the cream and salt, mix well for about 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water

Drain, toss with the broccoli and a sprinkle of cheese
