Spaghetti with bacon
Recipe ingredients quantity Spaghetti with bacon per 4 persons.
- 280 grams of spaghetti
- 150 g of bacon
- 150 g of cream
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- chopped parsley
- pepper
Instructions for preparation of the recipe: Spaghetti with bacon
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
In a large skillet, cook the finely chopped onion in half the butter, add the bacon
cut into strips, sprinkle with the brandy and flambé- Then combine the cream, tomato sauce and parsley and cook for another 5 minuti
- Quando spaghetti is ready, drain it al dente and flip it in the same pan, add the remaining butter and parsley and plenty of freshly ground pepper
- Sauté for a minute and serve
