  • 1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 Tbs Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 c Thinly Slied Peeled Apples
  • 1/4 c Margarine, Melted
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/4 c Chopped Pecans

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F.
  3. , 10 minutes.
  4. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Blend in vanilla, pour over crust.
  7. Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese layer sprinkle with pecans.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees F.
  10. , 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  11. Loosen cake from rim of pan cool before removing rim of pan.
  12. Chill.
