Roast-beef
Recipe ingredients quantity Roast-beef per 6 8 persons.
- gr.800 loin of beef
- sprig of rosemary
- oil, butter and salt q.b.
- For the sauce: a teaspoon of meat extract.

- I state that this dose for 4 people is a bit generous, but it is not advisable to cook a roast beef smaller, because it would be too dry

Tie the meat with rosemary, salt it and put it in a saucepan with a
tablespoon of oil and 25 gr
- of butter
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes stirring frequently
- To check the cooking pierce in the center with a long needle: if the sauce that comes out is pink means it is cooked
- If the sauce is purplish red color has yet to even cook until it turns pink
