Spaghetti with tomato sauce
Recipe ingredients quantity Spaghetti with tomato sauce per 4 persons.
- 280 grams of spaghetti
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- salt

In a blender, finely blend the rosemary (a branch), the garlic, then add the tomato
es and blend a few more seconds- In a pan heat a little oil, add the sauce and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
- Add the cream and not just the noodles are cooked al dente pour into the pan and saute for a minute over high heat
- Serve immediately sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
